Submitting Your Application

If you are interested in applying to The UT Tyler SOM, follow these instructions:

Entry Year 2023 Applicants
  • If you have not yet submitted your application, add The University of Texas at Tyler School of Medicine to your application EY 2023 in the [Select Schools] section.
  • If you have submitted your application, submit a request to add The University of Texas at Tyler School of Medicine via the TMDSAS Application Portal Messenger.
    • The school will appear on your [Status] page within 5 business days.
    • You can only add UT Tyler SOM if you have submitted an application to another medical school and completed the appropriate essays.
